Tasting Wine - The idea behind wine is as simple as this: slow down, relax and take the time to think about what you're drinking.

Do it with all your senses even the hearing: "popping the cork and the bursting of sparkling wine bubbles and cheers".

Experiencing wine with Chamber music turned out to be an above average experience that added depth to the experience. It was as if both the music and the wine worked on relaxing the brain and bring about a feeling of well beeing.

Chamber Music and Wine - It all happened in St. Matthew's Church, located on 382 Cantitoe Street, in Bedford. This was the last concert of a series of three and living proof that Wine goes extremely well with Classical Music.

Violinist Deborah Molodofsky, director of Chappaqua’s Amadeus Conservatory of Music, is determined to bring chamber music back.

Back to people playing music for one another in a room and loving it. Back to eating and drinking alongside the playing.

The Amadeus String Quartet from left to righ is:

Boris Deviatov - Viola

Deborah Molodofsky - Violin

James Greening-Valenzuela - First Violin

Christopher Chung - Cello
